The creator of RSS is dead.
Aaron Swartz, the creator of RSS feeds, committed suicide at the age of 26. He was a prodigy that helped create RSS feeds that allows for users to subscribe to websites and recieve updates from that website. He was only 14 when he created RSS feeds. Around the time of his death he was being prosecuted for illegal access on a website called JSTOR. He was facing charges that include a 35 years in prison and a $1 million in fines.
This is where I got this information: http://www.nytimes.com/2013/01/13/technology/aaron-swartz-internet-activist-dies-at-26.html
